TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CANCELLATIONS: Reservations must be cancelled 24 hours before arrival to avoid a one-night penalty plus taxes.
SMOKING / PETS: The property is 100% smoke-free and pets are not allowed.
MINORS: Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Article I.
All services provided by the hotel are governed by the federal tourism law in force and by the provisions of the regulations for lodging establishments, campgrounds, and trailer parks.
Article II.
The guest or traveler staying at this property is required to personally fill out the registration card at the establishment or with the person in charge of it. When guests are part of a group booked in advance, their representative will fill out their registration cards, providing in advance a list of eligible guests.
Presenting a valid official ID is mandatory in order to stay at the Hotel.
Article III.
Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m., and check-out/departure time from the hotel is set at 12:00 p.m. each day. If a guest wishes to stay longer, we recommend informing the front desk before checkout; otherwise, an additional night's stay will be charged, with a maximum grace period of 30 minutes.
Article IV.
The hotel is not responsible for valuables or documents, jewelry, money, etc., left behind in the rooms. Each room has a safe. Items or valuables left behind by a guest in the hotel room will be kept by the hotel's management for a period of 90 days; at the end of this period, and in the absence of any claim, they will be discarded.
Article V.
The hotel has adequate security measures and civil liability insurance as established under NOM-07-TUR-2002. When a guest uses the hotel's parking lot, they must park their vehicle in an appropriate spot. The establishment is not responsible for damage, or partial or total theft of the vehicle or items left inside it. Any vehicle not registered at the front desk will be removed from the parking lot.
Article VI.
Damages or missing items caused during the stay are the direct responsibility of the guest, whether in their room or in the hotel's public areas, and will be charged to their account.
Article VII.
Anyone making a reservation must be over 18 years of age. Up to two children under 12 years of age are allowed in the hotel room, accompanied by their parents or guardians.
Article VIII.
The hotel may deny entry to visitors visiting a guest's room, as this affects the safety and peace and quiet of the hotel's guests. Disturbing the peace by making noise that bothers other guests is prohibited, as is using the hotel room to engage in any act or activity prohibited by law. Bringing alcoholic beverages into the hotel is strictly prohibited.
Article IX.
In providing its services, the hotel will not discriminate on the basis of sex, political beliefs, religion, nationality, or social status. The establishment may deny its services when a guest visits the hotel while intoxicated, under the influence of drugs or narcotics, or with an intention or purpose other than lodging.
Article X.
Any complaint, suggestion, or compliment must be recorded on the corresponding form.
Article XI.
If a guest becomes ill, the hotel will call the hotel's doctor, and the guest may be treated in the room at their own expense; however, if the illness is contagious, the guest will be transferred to an appropriate facility at their own expense.
Article XII.
We remind you that the building is 100% smoke-free. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside the rooms, in accordance with the general health law on tobacco control. Failure to comply and smoking inside the rooms will result in a fine of $2,000.00 MXN.
Article XIII.
